The task of back up and recovery gets more convoluted every day with new acronyms and hot buzzwords. Users today have more hardware and software options than ever before to backup their data. During this session, Henry Johnson, Senior Team Lead for a FORTUNE 500 Healthcare Services Organization, will help users determine if the latest technical solutions will fit their environment and provide the foundations for selecting the right backup application and hardware.
The first half of this session will cover hardware issues including VTL and disk-to-disk comparisons and best practices. During the second half of this hour-long session, Henry will open up the floor to attendees so it takes on a roundtable format. Attendees will able to ask questions about and discuss which products are right for their specific environments.
