Tom has worked at Red Hat for 5 years, moving from technical instruction through pre-sales to his current business development role. Prior to working for Red Hat, Tom founded a consultancy company which specialized in delivering solutions based on open source software.

Simon joined Red Hat over 5 years ago as an instructor. He has extensive experience with Red Hat product portfolio, first as an instructor and then later as a consultant and programme manager. Prior to joining Red Hat, Simon worked at the University of Surrey in the research Centre for Vision, Speech and Signal Processing (CVSSP). Now as a member of the pre-sales engineering team for storage, he brings over 15 years of enterprise IT and open source experience.
